‘Ben Johnson Was So Far Ahead Of Them’: Former Bears OL Believes Mike Tomlin, Teryl Austin Got Outcoached

The Pittsburgh Steelers started off well against the Chicago Bears. They were up 21-17 at halftime. However, they didn’t play as well in the second half, especially in the third quarter. The Bears took the lead halfway through that quarter and never looked back. Former Bears offensive lineman Olin Kreutz believes that’s a credit to Ben Johnson, Chicago’s head coach.

“Ben Johnson came out in the third quarter, I don’t think the Bears threw a pass, but the plays he came out with, the way he set up his offense, he went 12 personnel, he was challenging Mike Tomlin and Teryl Austin,” Kreutz said recently on the Mully and Haugh Show.
