Beat Writer: Steelers Could Give Dylan Cook Chance To Start At Left Tackle In 2026

The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offensive line has played well this season, but it’s not been without some adversity. They started the year poorly, and although the line has built some momentum since, it has dealt with some injuries. The Steelers suffered a major loss with Broderick Jones going down for the season against Chicago. And his replacement, Andrus Peat, was injured against Baltimore. That gave Dylan Cook an opportunity.

It’s an opportunity Cook has taken, and he certainly hasn’t looked back. He’s been a big surprise through his first couple of starts, and just put in another solid performance Sunday against a Detroit team with two talented edge rushers.
