Few sixth-round picks receive as much hype as Will Howard has ahead of the 2025 season. However, the Ohio State alumni has easily won over the fan base since being selected last April. Unfortunately, that hype train took a detour when Howard injured his throwing hand just days before the Steelers’ first preseason game on a botched snap.
Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show on Friday, Howard spoke about his recovery, and shared that he’ll start throwing the ball again this next week.
“We’re all good, man,” Howard said. “I’m back to throwing this week, so it’s feeling good, going in the right direction.
