Former Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown was extradited to the United States and taken into custody last week with an active warrant out for his arrest on one count of attempted murder. This stemmed from an incident at an Adin Ross boxing event in May. Now he is pleading not guilty, according to ESPN.
Brown was initially taken into custody at Newark Airport in Essex County, New Jersey, but was transferred to Miami where he will go through the court process. According to ESPN, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, filed a written not-guilty plea on behalf of his client.
