The Pittsburgh Steelers will face the Cincinnati Bengals without all but one of the names listed on their final injury report after Vince Williams, Antonio Brown and Sean Davis were all included among the inactives in Week 17. James Conner is the only player listed as questionable on Friday who will play on Sunday.
Although Williams was always expected to sit out having been designated as doubtful of the final injury report of the week, it had been hoped that Brown and Davis would both still be able to play.
