Analyst: Teams Like The Steelers Are ‘Kicking Themselves’ For Passing On Shedeur Sanders

Back in April, there was a lot of discussion as to what the Pittsburgh Steelers should do with their first-round draft pick. At that point, Mason Rudolph and Skylar Thompson were the only two quarterbacks on their roster. While many wanted them to take Shedeur Sanders, the Steelers elected to address another need and drafted DL Derrick Harmon instead.

Sanders ended up dropping all the way to the fifth round of the draft. He’s only just gotten a chance to start for the Cleveland Browns over the last few weeks, but he’s done a decent job. He’s been impressive enough that Yahoo Sports’ Frank Schwab thinks the Steelers might be regretting their decision not to take Sanders.
