Irritation over the lack of snaps for Nick Herbig seems to be a common occurrence among Pittsburgh Steelers fans. Although he did see extensive playing time against Miami, Detroit and Cleveland, with T.J. Watt missing time due to a partially collapsed lung.
However, with Watt back in the lineup against the Baltimore Ravens, Herbig once again saw his role reduced. He played just 13 snaps in Week 18, yet he was excellent despite such a small workload. And that has Gregg Rosenthal scratching his head.
“Like, some of the decision making there kills me,” Rosenthal said Thursday on his NFL Daily podcast.
