Why anyone was surprised by Antonio Brown’s little fit on the sidelines Sunday is beyond me. He’s had similar temper tantrums before and he very well likely will again. This doesn’t make him a “bad guy” or a “bad teammate” because he’s far from the first receiver to go through this. Unfortunately the issue isn’t going to die anytime soon as it was a topic of conversation for both Ben Roethlisberger and Head Coach Mike Tomlin today.
Brown is ultra-competitive and like most great receivers believes he’s open on every single play. But, as Tomlin pointed out in his press conference today, “This is not Brown’s first rodeo.
