The Pittsburgh Steelers had the opportunity to have a get-right game this week. Despite the Packers posing a big threat, Pittsburgh historically has done well after losing in Thursday night games.
To put it simply, the Steelers had the opportunity to prove that they are a legit threat. Instead, they continued to unravel.
It looked like a good showing early for this team. The defense was doing just enough to hold off the Packers' offense. While it was field goal-centric, this team was maintaining a lead. That all blew up after halftime, though.
This game got away from them, and once the pressure was on to stay competitive on offense, the team couldn’t.
