With the NFL Draft less than a month away, teams are ramping up their preparation, and in recent weeks, the idea that the Pittsburgh Steelers could take a running back in the first round has gained some traction. This year, it’s a deep running back class, with potentially special talent at the top. With Najee Harris leaving in free agency, it’s a position where the Steelers have a need. Despite that, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette doesn’t think Pittsburgh will wind up with a first-round running back.
“It’s not high. I would say 5-10%,” Fittipaldo said on The PM Team on 93.
