The Good:

  • Great size with nearly 34 inch arms and 81 inch wing span
  • Good quickness at the snap
  • Gets his hands up quickly and play strength to extend and hold off blocker
  • Solid lateral agility to slide down the line when he stays square

The Bad:

  • Gets almost no push and often stops his feet
  • Inactive hands limiting his ability to shed blockers or get them off balance
  • Too often handled easily in 1 vs 1 situations
  • Lacks anchor vs double team blocks
  • COD is marginal and lacks speed to help on the outside
  • Offers no help in the passing game

  • Started 13 of 38 games; started all 13 games at nose guard in his senior season
