Lamar Jackson is good to go. Straight from the source, Jackson informed the football world he will start Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“Yeah, 100 percent. I’m gonna be out there,” he told reporters following Thursday’s practice.
The news comes as little surprise after Jackson practiced Wednesday and Thursday, a departure from most past weeks in which he was given one rest day. Jackson suffered a back contusion in Week 16 and missed Week 17’s game against the Green Bay Packers. But Jackson is working hard to feel like his old self for a must-win game.
