The Buccos took right-handed pitcher Seth Hernandez on Sunday in the first round of the 2025 MLB Draft. He was considered the top righty in the MLB Draft. Some considered the prep player as potentially the best player in the draft, with a fastball already in the triple digits as well mixing in a change up, curveball and a slider.
