The Colorado Rockies are currently sitting at an epically bad 8-40 record as clearly the worst team in baseball at the moment. However, the title for the second-worst team in the MLB is a little more convoluted. The Pittsburgh Pirates are sitting at 16-33 at the time of this writing, while the Chicago White Sox are 15-34, and the Baltimore Orioles are at 15-32.
