21 additional counts were filed against Pirates pitcher Felipe Vazquez in his second preliminary hearing Tuesday in Westmoreland County.
Vazquez, who was arrested in September, now faces an additional 11 counts of child pornography and 10 counts of unlawful contact with a minor.
