Felipe Vazquez was arrested Tuesday morning on charges of pornography and soliciting a child, per the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Vazquez, 28, faces charges of computer pornography — solicitation of a child and one count of providing obscene material to minors.
Per KDKA, Vazquez allegedly had a relationship with a teenager.
"Investigators say Vazquez had an alleged relationship with a 13-year-old girl who lives in Florida. She's now 15 and was still exchanging text messages with Vazquez. Police also say she received a video from Vazquez in July which shows him performing a sex act.
