Twins to sign Ryan Vogelsong, per report

The Minnesota Twins and former Pirates right-hander Ryan Vogelsong have agreed to terms on a minor league contract that includes an invitation to major league camp, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

The report cites an anonymous source. If the deal becomes final, it will leave Neftali Feliz as the only unsigned Pirates free agent. Ivan Nova returned, Sean Rodriguez signed with the Atlanta Braves and the Oakland Athletics signed Matt Joyce.

Vogelsong, 39, joined the Pirates as a free agent prior to last season after winning two World Series rings in San Francisco in 2012 and ‘14.
