Altoona's Steven Brault and Bristol's Christopher De Leon have been named the Pitcher of the Week in their respective leagues.
Brault won the Eastern League award for his six shutout innings on Tuesday, followed by two runs over six innings on Sunday. He had 15 strikeouts and allowed just six hits total. He won the Pitcher of the Week last August in the Carolina League while he was still with the Baltimore Orioles.
Brault has a 3.21 ERA in nine starts for Altoona since being promoted from Bradenton. In 47.2 innings, he has a 12:52 BB/SO ratio.
