There’s still enough time in the offseason where the Pittsburgh Pirates can make some moves and add to the system. Even so, we are starting to get an idea at how things may start to shape up in the minors.
We won’t know who is being sent where until right before the season starts, but with what we know so far, here’s how the rotation may shape up at each level.
