Kevin Gorman reported some Pittsburgh Pirates roster news earlier today, which has recently come with an update.
Per Pirates GM Ben Cherington, INF Chris Owings & RHP Tyler Chatwood can opt out of their minor league deals today if they aren't going to make the Opening Day roster & C Tyler Heineman has an upward mobility clause that allows him to leave Monday but only for another MLB job.
