The Pirates are going through easily the roughest stretch of their season. The team has lost nine games in a row, and dropped from first to fourth in the NL Central.
Now they head to Miami for a four game series, where the Marlins sit 42-33 and in second place in the NL East. I’ll be in town to cover that series, and will have the recaps for all of the games in Pirates Prospects Live. Mitch Keller will take the mound tonight, hoping to put an end to the recent losing streak.
