This week on Pirates Prospects, I challenged everyone to step outside of the top 30 prospects.
We’ve seen a week and a half of full-system action, so the task was for each writer to pick a prospect outside of the top 30 to follow this season. This pairs with yesterday’s group article, where we gave our reactions to five different players over the last week.
I’ve highlighted this a few times, but I’ll say it again: It’s incredible how many talented prospects there are to follow in this system. We’ve run two weeks of group reaction articles with no duplicate picks.
