The Pittsburgh Pirates made some moves around the minors today, affecting three of their affiliates.
Arquimedes Caminero was assigned to Indianapolis on rehab. He went on the 15-day disabled list on May 25th with a left quadriceps strain. He should be able to get in at least three appearances before he is eligible to be activated from the DL and the Pirates have up to 30 days before they have to activate him.
Justin Masterson has been added to the Indianapolis roster. He threw five innings in his season debut on Sunday for Bradenton. Masterson is scheduled to start tomorrow during a doubleheader.
