While this will surely bring out all kinds of sarcasm and anger from people wanting to see the Pirates join some of the real deadline craziness, I don’t hate it. I don’t love it, either…I mean, it’s Joe Blanton. When he came in to face the Pirates the other day in KC, I was legitimately surprised he was still pitching in the majors.
