CLEARWATER, Fla. — The Pirates tied the Philadelphia Phillies, 5-5, at Spectrum Field in their final spring training game of the season. Here’s what you need to know from the day’s action:

Jameson Taillon made his final start, treating it as something of a side session. He was sharp over three scoreless innings, allowing two hits and striking out four. He will start the home opener at PNC Park on Monday.

“Everything felt good,” Taillon said. “I’m healthy and ready to go.”
