Kenny Minchey has de-committed from Pitt football.
In a surprising move on Monday, the four-star recruit tweeted his decision to go away from Pitt with the intention to open his recruitment back up:
The Hendersonville, Tenn., native was set to be the highest-rated recruit in Pitt's 2023 class as the lone four-star, and he would have been the highest-rated quarterback pulled in by Pat Narduzzi during his tenure as the Panthers' head coach.
