Minor League Baseball announced the Players/Pitchers of the Month on Friday and the Pittsburgh Pirates had two winners. Endy Rodriguez is the Player of the Month for the South Atlantic League and Jase Bowen is the Player of the Month for the Florida State League.
Both of these players were featured here earlier this week for their performances. Bowen is our latest Player of the Week and Rodriguez is our latest Player of the Month. Those articles make note that they are two of the most versatile prospects in the system and it wouldn’t be surprising to see either of them promoted before the season ends in 5+ weeks.
