Some of those 18 seasons haven't had All-Star Games, whether it be due to a lockout, COVID, or Olympic years, and other years Crosby has been injured at the time rosters were selected.. Crosby has been selected for rosters for eight All-Star Games before this year, but had to withdraw from half of them due to injuries.
