— Bradenton (50-62) lost to Clearwater, 3-1. Mike Wallace gave up three runs over six innings. Adrian Valerio was 2-4 and Jared Oliva 0-4.

— West Virginia (60-55) rallied for three runs in the top of the ninth to take a 4-2 lead over Rome, but Drew Fischer gave up three runs in the bottom half for a 5-4 loss. Cal Mitchell tied the game with a one-out, pinch-hit single and Lolo Sanchez put the Power ahead with a two-out single. Sanchez finished 2-3 with a walk.
