The Pittsburgh Pirates made their second round of cuts on Friday morning, with Josh Bell, Alen Hanson, Max Moroff, Willy Garcia, Adam Frazier and Gift Ngoepe being among the notables. Players on the 40-man roster are assigned to minor league teams, while non-roster players are assigned to minor league camp.
