The Surprise Saguaros came into Tuesday’s action with the best record (6-1) in the Arizona Fall League. They won last night behind a strong day from Henry Davis, who was one of three Pittsburgh Pirates in Tuesday afternoon’s lineup. Here’s a recap of all of the important stuff from Tuesday.
Nick Gonzales batted third and played second base (he has played shortstop this fall as well). He had a rough first inning, committing an error on defense and then lining out to center field. He lined out to left field to end the third inning, then flew out to left field in the fifth.
