The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton forwards have signed forwards Nick Schilkey and Zach Nastasiuk to AHL contracts for the 2020-21 season, the team announced on Monday.
Schilkey and Nastasiuk were both members of the 2019 Calder Cup champion Charlotte Checkers under current Wilkes-Barre head coach Mike Vellucci.
Schilkey, 26, is a 5-foot-10, 174-pound right wing. He spent last season with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in the AHL, where he scored nine goals and 13 assists in 49 games. In his three professional seasons, he's scored 29 goals and 42 assists in 161 AHL games and has appeared in two ECHL games.
