TAMPA, Fla. -- As frustrated as Tampa Bay Lightning captain Steven Stamkos and goalie Ben Bishop seem to be about being unable to play, they can only sit and watch as their team is down 2-1 to the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Eastern Conference finals.
The Penguins dismantled the Lightning in Game 3, and Pittsburgh expects a major pushback from Tampa Bay in Game 4 on Friday at Amalie Arena. Stamkos, who has been sidelined since having surgery to remove a blood clot near his right collarbone on April 4, has tried not to be a distraction, but he admitted that his team had a meeting after its loss Wednesday.
