Sidney Crosby, Jeff Carter to be ‘game-time’ decisions for Saturday’s game

When the Penguins take the ice tomorrow night to face the New Jersey Devils, they may be getting some reinforcements back in the lineup in the form of Sidney Crosby and Jeff Carter.

Head coach Mike Sullivan said Friday that both players were ‘game-time’ decisions.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s Mike DeFabo said Friday that Sullivan sounded optimistic about the process.

Crosby has yet to make his season debut for the team this season, sidelined following offseason wrist surgery, slowly progressing from individual workouts to team workouts over the past few weeks.
