If he keeps producing, he might have to change his phone number.
Sprong scored Thursday night in a 2-0 win against the Ottawa Senators and continued to make a compelling case to stick on the Penguins’ NHL roster beyond nine games.
“Sprong, for us, has been a guy who keeps playing well. That’s why he’s here,” coach Mike Johnston said. “I just think he gets better and better.
