Academy Award-nominated actor and Pittsburgh native Michael Keaton showed his Penguins pride on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Wednesday night.
The actor, who played Batman in the 1989 film, showed up on the late-night show wearing a Penguins hockey hat. Mr. Kimmel joked that it is peculiar for Batman to root for a penguin.
"I do because I'm open minded," Mr. Keaton said.
Mr. Kimmel displayed the Pens hat on his desk during the interview. He had announced his programming of the NBA Finals Sunday but noticed Mr. Keaton cared more about the Stanley Cup final, which has the Penguins battling it out against the Nashville Predators.
