Tonight the Penguins return to the ice for a “Rivalry Night” showdown with the rival Washington Capitals. This will be the first meeting between the sides since November, resulting in a 7-1 victory for the Capitals. Puck drop is scheduled for 8:00 PM and will be aired on NBCSN as a part of their “Rivalry Night” feature.
Last week Sidney Crosby was announced as the captain of the Metropolitan team at the 2018 All-Star game. Tuesday it was announced that Crosby will be joined in Los Angeles by teammate Evgeni Malkin, being selected to his 7th career All-Star game.
