For the second straight season, the Pittsburgh Penguins will play a meaningless final game of the season after being eliminated from Stanley Cup Playoff contention on Tuesday night. With the Washington Capitals victory over the Philadelphia Flyers, the Penguins were locked out of the postseason for a second straight season.
