Before heading to the desert for a pair with the Golden Knights and Coyotes, the Pittsburgh Penguins will enjoy some time off to rest up and recover. Tuesday was a complete off day for the Penguins with no practice or any other team activities on the calendar. Days like that usually mean a slow news cycle but there was plenty to catch up even with the team away from the ice.
