Penguins bring in veteran looking to prove something on PTO

The Penguins revealed on Wednesday, September 18, that veteran forward Robby Fabbri has been signed to a PTO (Professional Try Out) that will allow him to participate in training camp with the team and participate in all preseason games with the club.

Fabbri, 29, was traded to the Anaheim Ducks from the Red Wings in the 2023-2024 off-season and played 44 games, notching only a mere 8 goals, 8 assists, 16 points in a heavily underwhelming season.

Fabbri brings 11 seasons of NHL experience with 442 games, 106 goals, 110 assists equalling to 216 points over those 442 games with 30 playoff games under his belt, adding a 2019 Stanley Cup with the Blues, both playoff seasons were with the St.
