NHL Awards: Where the Penguins ended up in voting

The Pittsburgh Penguins got shutout of the 2019 NHL Awards, but that was expected going into it. Still, a few players picked up votes in various categories so let’s check the results out.

Sidney Crosby finished highest on the team here at 17th place overall for what always is a very scattered vote. Matt Cullen also picked up a vote, which seems fitting for a gentlemanly veteran. And even Phil Kessel showed his face and appeared on a ballot!

Aleksander Barkov of the Florida Panthers wins the Lady Byng Trophy for gentlemanly play, capturing his first NHL award.
