Lightning center Brian Boyle responded with a quick, flat “no” Sunday morning when asked if he thought the Penguins’ furious third-period rally in Game 4 would give them some momentum heading into tonight’s Game 5.
While the Penguins put a scare into the Lightning after falling behind 4-0, Tampa Bay came away with a 4-3 win to even the series at two games apiece. Now, the Lightning are just looking forward.
“Each game’s kind of been a different story,” Boyle said. “I think our focus is just Game 5. It’s a series, but this is an important game for us on the road.
