Dumoulin, Hornqvist give Penguins 2-0 lead in second period of Game 5

The Penguins lead the Lightning, 2-0, in the second of Game 5 tonight at Consol Energy Center. The first goal came just before the horn sounded at the end of the first period. Patric Hornqvist tapped in a Carl Hagelin rebound for the second goal.

Neither team held a significant edge for most of the first period, trading chances. The Penguins had the lone power play of the first period, but couldn’t capitalize.
