Rangers vs. Penguins Game 3 Preview & Prediction

The Pittsburgh Penguins return home in a pivotal Game 3 with the series tied 1-1 after stealing Game 2 against the New York Rangers in Madison Square Garden

When: Tonight, 7:o0 p.m. ET

Where: CONSOL Energy Arena, Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh has taken 12 penalties throughout the first two games of the series, giving New York over 22 minutes of time on the power play. The Rangers have scored three of their five goals with the man advantage, so the Penguins have to stay out of the penalty box to give themselves an edge.

New York posted the NHL's best road record during the regular season, going 28-11-1 away from Madison Square Garden, and have won 15 of their last 18 road contest.

PREDICTION: Rangers win 4-2

New York's ability to play well and execute on the road won't go away just because it's playoff time, and they'll be motivated to get home ice advantage back after slipping up in Game 2.
