A few days late on this, but the Major League Draft went down last week and several Pitt baseball players were selected.
All three were pitchers and going off the board first was Marc Berube, taken by the Oakland Athletics in the 28th round. Hobie Harris was next, going in the 31st round to the New York Yankees. Rich Condeelis was taken five rounds later in the 36th by the Minnesota Twins.
I haven't yet seen if any have officially signed with their new teams but only Harris was a senior.
