Pitt and NC State are set to meet at the Petersen Events Center on Wednesday, and the visiting Wolfpack will be missing one of its starters, as Thomas Allen suffered an injury this week during a team practice.
Allen, a starter at shooting guard for NC State, injured his lower left leg on Monday, and although X-rays were negative, he will not take part in the game at Pitt as a result. Cam Hayes will likely see more minutes with Allen out.
