Former Pitt center Terrell Brown is heading out west to play for San Diego of the WCC as a graduate transfer. The move will make him the second ex-Pitt frontcourt player to join a WCC team in the last year, as fellow 2017 Pitt recruit Kene Chukwuka left the program last May to head to Malibu and join Pepperdine.
The move paid off for Chukwuka to some extent, as he played a more prominent role with the Waves than he did with the Panthers and posted career-high averages of 6.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game en route to a CBI tournament title.
