Pitt is racking up the preseason honors (as you already know if you follow this blog loyally) with several players being named to early watch lists. Things started with Tyler Boyd and James Conner being named to the Maxwell Award watch list. This is a big one, as it is given to the nation's top player and a lot of times, and can be used as a nice boost to someone's Heisman hopes.
