At a very athletic and long 6'6", Champagnie is an excellent above the rim athlete with a lean, but strong build. He is tough as nails in the paint, and is a very good rebounder and defender. He also can handle the ball very well, especially on the fast break. As far as shooting, he's more of a scorer than a shooter, and does most of his scoring in transition, on put backs, and with midrange shooting.
