Pat Signal: Pitt lands Maryland transfer Marcus Minor

Pat Narduzzi and the Pitt coaching staff landed a transfer from Maryland on Christmas Eve, as Terps right tackle Marcus Minor announced he would be continuing his collegiate career at Pitt on Wednesday afternoon.

The 6’4”, 310-pound lineman played at Maryland for the last four seasons and was a consensus four-star recruit prior to his arrival in College Park in 2017. With the Terps, Minor played in 26 games and was regularly relied on as a starter from his sophomore season on. In 2020, he made three starts but was sidelined for his team’s final two games with an injury.
